BESSEMER — Travis Schubert scored two touchdowns on runs of 27 and 20 yards and rushed for 159 yards in 15 carries to lead Mohawk past New Brighton, 51-14.
Justin Upham also scored on a 39-yard run and wound up with 123 yards rushing in nine carries to aid Mohawk (1-1).
Trey Hall led New Brighton (0-2) with 96 rushing yards in 10 carries, with a 68-yard TD dash.
