Summary: Salem has just three returning starters on each side of the ball from last year’s 2-8 team. The good news is, a lot of younger players will see time, which will help in future years. The bad news is, all that youth and inexperience could lead to some growing pains this season, particularly in what figures to be a very competitive White Tier. The Quakers will need to stay patient.
