Is there an undecided voter out there in the valley?

If so, The Vindicator would like your help.

The 2008 presidential election will come down to the voting decisions of undecided citizens across America – especially in about 10 up-for-grabs states.

Ohio is one of those states. Here, 13 percent of the population is identified as an undecided, so says a recent poll.

The Vindicator wants to report on how an undecided voter makes up their mind during this historic election.

“Informed, Undecided” is a special Vindicator project in October that will follow several local undecided voters as they navigate through the mass of information and influences to come to a voting decision in the Nov. 4 presidential election.

The Vindicator is looking for diverse citizens from the valley who are still, at this point, undecided about whom to vote for in the 2008 presidential election.

Each week in October, The Vindicator will meet with the “Informed, Undecided” group for an informal chat about what each has learned in the preceding week about each candidate. We will ask them to keep diaries of sorts, tracking how the campaign crossed their lives – commercials, articles, work conversations, etc.

If you are confirmed as an undecided voter, and you want to share your insights over the final month of this election, please email Vindicator Editor Todd Franko at tfranko@vindy.com.
