To help the economy, per the president's orders with his stimulus checks, I bought a Wii Saturday.

Gas prices were still high this morning, but I'm optimistic the impact of my Wii purchase on the economy will happen Monday.

The Vindy's front page today outlines much of what you need to know about the stimulus checks that come out this week — and will ignite the economy and drop gas and food prices.

Or maybe it will come when I buy the new TV with the rest of my expected $2,100.
