Master Sommelier Larry O'Brien, Executive Chef Mark Canzonetta and Wine Retailer Al Franceschelli are teaming up for a great local wine and food event this Sunday at Canzonetta's fantastic Aqua Pazzo Restaurant in Boardman.
O.Brien, the only Master Sommelier born and raised in our Valley, is a 1983 Mooney graduate. He will be the Mater of Ceremonies, introducing the impressive lineup of wines.
Franceschelli, who owns the A & C Beverage store downtown, is also Mooney's Head Baseball Coach. He will be pouring wines for the guests, answering questions and taking orders from guests so that they can enjoy the wines they like most at home.
Canzonetta launched Aqua Pazzo last year after serving as Executive Chef for the Culinary Arts Center and several other local entities. Aqua Pazzo delivers vibrant atmosphere, a comprehensive wine list and outstanding appetizer and entree options.
O'Brien personally selected 24 wines from Jackson Family Estates global portfolio. "The wines were selected based on quality and value, and most of them are not typically available locally."
