"Vino In The City" Tasting Returns To Christopher's Downtown

City dwelers and lovers of Youngstown's downtown are looking forward to a great night of wine and food in the heart of the city. "Vino In The City" draws people from all parts of the Valley to Christopher's Downtown for a great night of wine and food.
Chef Christopher Bonacci created a unique five course Tapas menu paired with the eclectic wine list. Guests can choose to taste the five wines for $20 or enjoy the wine / dinner pairings for only $45. All of the wines are sold to guests the night of the event at retail prices.
Here's a look at the wine / dinner menu for the event:
1.Nobilo"Icon" Sauvignon Blanc (NZ)
-Panzanella salad with slow roasted
shredded chicken.
2.Milestone Chardonnay
-Bay of Fundy Salmon with artichoke
shallot, fresh spinach, and a lemon
sherry reduction.
3.Chateau Usha Bordeaux
-Spicy lamb meat ball with oven
roasted grape heirloom tomato.
4.Spellbound Petite Syray
-Kobe Sirloin over a medley of grilled
zucchini and eggplant
5.Nobile Vines "337" Cab
-Chocolate molten lava cake with espresso gelato.
