The Brooklyn Brewery is one of the most succesfull American craft breweries. While many craft beers with clevor names and trendy flavor profiles come and go, Brooklyn has ben on the scene for a long time. They show no sign if slowing down. Brooklyn continues to offer their flagship beers which they call "perennials", a great line of seasons, and some very special high-end "big bottle" beers.  Brooklyn also undertsands the connect of beer and food.  In fact, their brewmaster actually published a comprehensive beer cookbook and they offer suggested food pairings with every beer they brew. Here's a look at some of their current offerings:

Perennials (available all year)

Lager - Light, dry-hopped in the British tradition making it flavorful and smooth.

Brown - Made from a blend of six malts making it full and rich in color and flavor.

East India Pale Ale - Extra hops for a robust bitterness and citrus notes.

Pilsner - Medium bodied and balanced. Utilizes authentic German malts and hops.

Pennant Ale - Commemorates the Brookln Dogers 1955 pennant. Light pale ale.

Brooklyn Blast - Five pounds of hops (8 varieties) used per barrel!

Seasonals

Oktoberfest - True to the traditonal German style. Rich and malty.

Black Chocolate Stout - Imperial style stout using a blend of malts for flavor.

Monster Ale - Classic "Barley Wine". Intense flavor and 10.3% ABV!

Winter Ale - Scottish style ale with British, Scottish, Belgian and American malts.

Big Bottle and Brewmaster's Reserve

Sorachi Ace - Classic Belgian Saison style golden ale made with Japanse hops!

BamBoozle - Celebrates the brewery's 150 year anniversary. Like a champagne!

Mary's Maple Porter - Infuses real maple syrup into the brew kettle.

TheCampanion - Brewed in the old world style of a "wheat wine".
