Every March the Madness begins. People fill out brackets and pick college basketball teams they know nothing about, and didn’t really know those schools even existed. Well, this year, we are inviting you to help us fill out a Meat 16 Bracket. That’s right, we are gathering the top cheeseburgers we have reviewed; some of our personal favorites, and a fan vote for their favorites. We are going to rank them and pair them accordingly. Each month we are going to have local radio DJ’s and other local media celebrities try two burgers, and one by one they are going to eliminate a restaurant until only 1 is left, and we will crown them Cheeseburger Champion.
Just like the 64 team bracket, the Meat 16 will have past Champions, Cindarella stories, and burgers who will make the Championship run at just the right time.
Past Champions include: Bogey’s, O’Donold’s, New Manhattan, Lake Tavern, Just Fred’s, Sunrise Inn
.
Some of the BurgerGuyz’ favorites who made the cut are: High Pointe, Royal Oaks, Shale Tavern, Krakatoa, Magic Tree and YOLO.
