I'm sorry to learn that https://www.facebook.com/spokane.naacp/posts/1623781377868883" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">Rachel Dolezal announced her resignation from the post of president of the Spokane, Wash. NAACP.
Much of the same media that worship at the high heels of Caitlyn(formerly,Bruce) Jenner, will attack Rachel Dolezal until they've picked all they can from her soul, until they move on to their next victim.
Yet, I'm still befuddled by Rachel's not-so-loving parents 'outing' her. Maybe there's some similarities with the Duggar's issues,but, I'll address that in another blog.
Could it be that https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4JyoCz069IQ" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">Al Sharpton and I are in agreement ?
Strange - but - true!
These something VERY weird about supposedly loving parents 'outing' their daughter.
All reports say that Rachel and her parents are "estranged". Larry and Ruthanne Dolezal would like us to focus on their daughter,Rachel, but not me,and, not Al !
The question persists: Why would 'loving parents' publicly humiliate their daughter ?
As much as it is difficult for adult children to understand and deal with, our kids, our children will always be our children, kids to us. Loving parents will always try and protect our kids, and, we'll always tell them, lovingly, when we think they're getting 'off-track'. It's ALWAYS OUR responsibility to keep a loving relationship. If Ruthanne and Larry felt that Rachel was troubled, they needed to go to her and love her up and help her, not hurt her. Loving parents don't do that.
So, why did Rachel's parents hurt her so, or, is this not the first time?
There's more to this story that Ruthanne and Larry CHOSE to make public. There's always the pre-emptive (strike) theory.

What was the motivation for Larry and Ruthanne to publicly humiliate and defame Rachel? What motivated Rachel to deny her father, well, to 'replace' her father?
Hopefully, some journalist will dig in to the gap ripped open by Larry and Ruthanne.
In the mean time, Al Sharpton, myself and, hopefully others are left to wonder....WHY?
