This Wednesday,11 January 2012,  Steve Croley is to  appear, AGAIN, in front of Judge Douglas at  Y-town City Court . Croley obviously didn't care about the court's orders to not have dogs.  Come on, you know the Croley case, where Steve Croley had a kennel and turned it into a concentration camp for dogs.....STARVING THEM TO DEATH.

Quite a few people are going to show up outside of Y-town City Hall to speak for those who cannot speak for themselves... including  Nitro,  who was starved to death at Concentration Camp Croley.

Judge Robert Douglas - thus far - has failed to show any courage in this case. 

Judge Douglas also failed to show any courage when he was involved with the  Mahoning County Criminal Justice (so-called) working  group. What a disapointment that group was to the valley . Come on, you recall, US Federal Judge David Dowd had Atty. Vince Nathan take a close look at our criminal justice system which Nathan described as "dysfunctional"

Nathan of Toledo, has contributed to problems in the jail. And those problems have triggered federal lawsuits on the issue of overcrowding and understaffing. U.S. District Judge David D. Dowd Jr., who appointed Nathan as a fact finder after inmates won a class-action suit in March, is taking steps to ensure the lock-up passes constitutional muster.

Now, Judge Douglas has an opportunity to show the courage that other judges have shown in this community. We all know that Bob Douglas is nearing the  end of his career as judge. It is OBVIOUS that  someone in the  Y-town Probation department FAILED, after REPEATED calls to them, informing Croley's probation officer of his violations. In desperation, those in the know contacted the judge's office directly, other city officials, then us, we, the media have reported these violations......well, some of us have reported them....

The failure of the probation officer -hence: our criminal justice system is inexcusable. We CANNOT  allow the dysfunctional criminal justice system to starve real justice to death as Steve Croley starved Nitro and other dogs to death.
