As I poured through the numerous letters sent to  judge Alan Bloch regarding   paedophile William Scott Kennedy, I was struck by an absence .........an absence of ANY letters or parts of letters concerning the hurt to the victims-the innocent children victimized by Kennedy and his ilk .

One of the letters contained this : "Family is very important to Scott..." - obviously not the families of the children who's souls Scott attempted to assassinate .

The letters contain many references to Kennedy's "charity" work. How many times have we learned of a monster in our midst and said something like "oh, no, not HIM ! He's such a wonderful man/father/neighbor/friend..."  ?

 He(Kennedy) "...once jumped into a lake...all to make money for charity...did a morning show at 5am  in the dead of winter to help the Ohio State Hwy Patrol...bagged groceries for Second Harvest..." etc, etc,etc. Gee, all while hurting,"damaging" attempting to assassinate the souls of innocent children. "Scott has given so much to...his community..." - and he has taken so much away.

Others write that they don't "totally understand what he did." Well, let me help you understand. Kennedy took sexual pleasure in viewing the rape and molestation of innocent, very young "pre-teen" children. Need I spell out the multitude of horrible sexual activities that these children were FORCED to perform ???? He was caught because he was in a chat room --INVOLVED !!!

Long after many in this community will have forgotten what he did, Kennedy's victims will never forget.

"The children who are depicted in child pornography in these sexually explicit activities  are continually  victimized every time that they (the images) are downloaded, viewed or possessed." says Natasha Frenchko.

Yes, what of the children, now some young adults that need to try to cope, not only with Kennedy's participation(by promoting,funding,viewing,etc) in their abuse, but also with their horrific memories? At 58 years old, I can recount, unfortunately - all too clearly the hell perpetrated upon me when I was in my single digits  - fortunately for me, BUT NOT KENNEDY'S VICTIMS, the only photos and videos are what's in my memory - these young people's hell will forever circulate - publicly . ---they must rely on others, such as prosecutors and a judge to mete out what little justice our system provides.

U.S. Special Agent John Kelleghan  thoughtfully and accurately said " Every time a sexually explicit image of a minor is produced,transmitted, or viewed by these predators, a child is victimized."

It's clear to me that many have CHOSEN NOT to recognize the real victims here.

A caller to today's show said " ...these children are now broken..." So is our system - a system that proclaims some to be (obviously) so dangerous, so out of control, that, they cannot live within 1,000 feet of a school yard,playground or park, but allows them to be released back into our communities .

No, we don't see the letters from the victims, crying out  for justice...........from the victims crying,  just crying because of what was so viciously, so cruelly , so horrifically taken from them, something they can never have back, unlike the freedom that Kennedy will regain in a few years.....his victims will cry,cry for their lives
