The average elected official in this community doesn't care about the people of this community--and why should they?

RESPONSIBILITY ?

HONOUR ?

SELF-RESPECT ?

HOW DO THEY LOOK AT THEMSELVES IN THE MIRROR (unless they live in the home of a Jew who's recently lost a relative)?

THEY DON'T CARE BECAUSE THEY DON'T HAVE TO CARE !

---and why should they? For the most part, the media in this community doesn't care.

This became very apparent two weeks ago when the Dysfunctional Mahoning County Criminal Justice(sic) (non) Working(sic) Group performed for them(us). The 'group' first met in private/behind closed doors-obviously for a dress rehearsal of the performance they('group') were about to give us(media). Did anyone in the media ASK why the 'group' needed to meet behind closed doors before their play/performance/illusion/duping? Excuse me-did any of the media ask ANYTHING when Commissioner/'group'chair McNally SKIPPED over the #7-Questions part of the performance which was listed in the so-called agenda which was in reality a programe for the play/performance/act? [Oh,I did. I asked if the 'group' was going to continue to violate OUR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS- to continue to violate the FREEDOMS GUARANTEED US by not allowing us to witness PUBLIC OFFICIALS DOING THE PUBLIC'S BUSINESS?- they('group') "couldn't reach a consensus" in REAL TALK-they didn't have the courage to speak up in public about their dislike or disdain for the public's attendance at the 'group's' SECRET meetings! A thinking person-a concerned person would ask "WHY? what have they('group') have to hide?"
Hey,I know the 'group' reads my blog-don't worry 'group'-today should have reassured your ability to function secretly,privately like cockroaches in the dark that scatter when the light goes on, like snakes(sorry Jason) that crawl on their stomachs into a hole in the ground to avoid a confrontation,like rats feasting on rotting remains scurrying away to keep from being seen...
You('group') now seem very comfortable violating my CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS by having me AGAIN physically removed from the Mahoning County Common Pleas Courtroom that WE THE PEOPLE provide for Judge Sweeney to use.

None of you seemed embarrassed when I said that you should ALL be ashamed of ourselves for violating my Constitutional rights in a COURTROOM!
NONE OF YOU HAD THE COURAGE TO STAND UP FOR THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA!

As I asked you-when WAS the last time that you read the Constitution?

Do you realize that there are those of us Americans that see The Constitution -as you should- as a LIVING document with REAL MEANING?-a FOUNDATION for these United States AND the LEGAL system that YOU are SWORN to UPHOLD?

Hey,I know, you don't have to care.

The majority of media doesn't care-after all, they got their sound bites and news clips and quotes two weeks ago.

The majority of the media doesn't care that one of their own was physically removed AGAIN from one of OUR courtrooms.

YOU('group') don't have to care because the majority of the media doesn't care-the majority of 'we-the-people' don't care---that is of course, except those whom your private,secret dysfunction affects thus far:

the poor,

the uneducated

the undereducated

abused women

and abused children.

Judge Donofrio's and Judge Vukovich's awful , yet obviously politically motivated decision further 'dysfunctionalizes' our already dysfunctional system heaping more hell on those least able to handle it. Hey,but 'group', don't worry: it's them, not you!


...from the murders last weekend to the police that tell me they are OVERWHELMED w/problems due to the Emergency Release Programe----my forecast is : A Long,Hot Summer.
my suggestion to the 'group'- keep a rock to crawl under-you're gonna need it!
