Here's an example of the Mahoning County's Criminal Justice dysfunctional system:
It's my understanding that the GOOD CCA-the Community Corrections Association- an organization applauded and lauded by professional organizations 'round the county + by MY friends that have come THROUGH the INSIDE of the good CCA system, is continuing to have problems accessing the M.C.Sheriff's department L.E.A.D.s system due to the Sheriffs

1) inaction

2) inability

3) indecision
or

4) power struggle.

Sheriff Wellington is NOT permitting the good CCA's pre-sentence investigators who are

1)UNDER CONTRACT w/the Mahoning County Common Pleas Courts
and
2) need legal access to the LEADS system to obtain criminal histories.

WHY WOULD THIS SHERIFF-2 YEARS AGO-AUTHORIZE THIS SAME ORGANIZATION(gCCA)..
