Sciortino Pleads Guilty
YOUNGSTOWN — Ex-Mahoning County Auditor Michael V. Sciortino pleaded guilty today to one felony and one misdemeanor in Mahoning County Common Pleas Court. Visiting Judge Patricia A. Cosgrove will sentence Sciortino on May 19. Sciortino was sentenced March 28 in Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court to a year of probation after being convicted on one felony and two misdemeanors related to his involvement in the Oakhill Renaissance Place scandal.
