Congratulations to Dominic Gore on the no-hitter! That is quite the accomplishment for a sophomore. And the comment above is correct on Robert Switka, he did throw a perfect game, it was probably just an honest mistake. I am just happy to see the Irish win again!
Irish eyes should be smiling with the future of the Ursuline Baseball Program! Those four starting freshmen in the infield are fabulous baseball players.
Good news on Podolsky. If he can make an early impact in practice, he'll definitely stand a chance to play. Although the starting lineup looks strong, the bench looks very deep for YSU!
