It was bad enough that our tax dollars were wasted on purchasing this dump, that is evidently far from structurally sound as we witnessed with the Toronto Earthquake escapade a month or two back, but now there are 7 indictments....
It is sad that this day has come. None of this would be happening if Traficanti, Ludt, and Tablack would have done some due diligence and thought twice about purchasing that financial drain on the county, which will cause countless financial problems for decades to come.
Spirit would be a great add to YNG as long as it does not endanger our service with Allegiant, because it may since that is one of Allegiant's focus cities/hubs down in Florida.
If we could get something like this going, I like our shots of seeing that place busy on a daily basis:
Orlando: 2 x weekly, 4 x weekly during busy period. St. Pete: 2 x weekly, 4 x weekly during busy period. Myrtle Beach: 2 x weekly on a seasonal basis. Ft. Myers: 2 x weekly on a seasonal basis (November-May) Ft. Lauderdale: 2 x weekly Chicago or DC: 2 x daily.
I will admit, I really liked when the flights went to Orlando Sanford, but I believe MANY people in this community frowned upon the flights going to Sanford originally over Orlando International.
I for one love what Dan Dickten is doing up at the airport and hope we see many more flights and become competitive with CAK for the low cost segment of the NEOHIO and Western PA population.
Worst unemployment rate in 25 years under him. Double unemployment under him. Fees skyrocketing under him.
Bottom Line: Strickland is one of the very worst Governors in America today. I supported him in 2006 cause Blackwell was a terrible GOP candidate, but it turns out he is just as bad as Taft was.
UPDATED WITH CHARGES: 7 indicted in Oakhill case
lidieo3...
Traficanti may be celebrating tonight, but his day will be coming in 2012 when he gets defeated just like Ludt was a few months back.

Would Strickland like to refute this?

OHSAA commissioner: Tarps will make stadium intimate
That is one of the most ridiculous things I have ever heard. They should have just kept them in Stark County.
