I don't recall problems with toys when I was growing up. What is the problem today? Greed by manufacturers in utilizing Chinese production is definitely part of the problem.
Youngstown is not unique in this respect...the United States has shifted from a primarily manufaucturing-based economy to a service-based economy and the jobs have shifted as well.

This is a terrible situation. The housing laws in North Dakota must differ from those in Ohio.
I never heard of a landlord being permitted to triple rents within a 30 day notice.
I hope that one day the landlord who is raising the rents will be in a similar situation; what goes around comes around!
