I really enjoy the discussion boards on such a hot topic as public housing. The bottom line is that a very small portion of our society needs help; yet, we will always have those who seek to exploit the system.

Whether Michelle Nieves actually needs help or is using the system to her advantage, I do not know. Yet, apparently she qualifies for certain services. Peace.
