Was Jose L. Mateo breaking more laws in the Boardman area as he apparently had done in the past, according to news reports?
How will you defend these two if the tests show drugs and alcohol played a part?

I was there 20 minutes after this incident occurred and I saw the car, bodies, the shocked and angry (at the drivers stupidity) awakened residents, Highway Patrol vehicles, Boardman Police vehicles, on and on.

Maybe no one can fix stupid except by putting up guard rails everywhere to offend and annoy the intelligent and law abiding citizens of our community.
