These video cameras need to be multiple headed cameras, meaning more than one recordable lense within the same unit, and placed within a distance from each other that are recording an area surrounding other posts with video devices.
Mr. De Souza used the Boston bombings as an example of how important these devices are, but also approxiamately two to three years ago a Canfield man and his son were mobbed and beaten by Cardinal Mooney students and that was caught on home placed video cameras.
In another example, a homeowner experiencing bad attitude youths waiting for their morning school bus placed video cameras on their home and placed outdoor signs reading, "Home under Video Surveillance" and the youths straightened up their act.
All we need now is the homeland security grants and we can make this happen.
"Francis Camouse, of John White Road, was attempting to burn piles of brush with an accelerant when the fire spread to his clothing and he caught on fire, according to Chief Chris Manack of the Coitsville Fire Department."
Look, I'm not trying to be negative here, but the guy was asking for it, wasn't he?
I'm sure he's a nice guy, but lazy, right?
He should have taken his brush to a collection site, or even a wildlife habitat, but he made a decision, a personal life changing decision to take a risk. A risk he probably had managed time and again without incident.
This time he lost, right? So what is next? All of us will be asked to donate something to his fundraiser because he can't pay his bills? Why should we foot the bill for this guy when he certainly knew better?
You want to help this guy? Get him some "brain food" puzzles.
Please do not be too hard on Candidate Smith. He cares and he is helping our non taxpaying citizens, whom have a sense of entitlement, with their low self esteem issues.
John A. McNally IV has a fair amount of time invested with the Cafaro's and yet voters are puttinjg his sign in their own yards. I take this to mean that these homeowners support a "government by any means necessary agenda".
Jamael Tito Brown is barely capable of being on Youngstown City Council and my oh my he is getting lots of serious press and reviews.
Why can't this city have a candidate that won't get into lawful trouble with a credit card or some form of misuse of office.
Why can't this city have a candidate that foresees problems instead of being reactionary.
I blame the taxpayers for putting up with the standard same ol' same ol'.
Wow! Thank you to the elderly woman living on Ferndale for shooting that piece of trash. Hopefully the rest of the trash will now think twice before they commit a crime.

I for one hope that people read it as an article to help promote the Taft Technology Center here in downtown Youngstown.
Perhaps if YSU makes the list then students enrollment should rise, er, rather I should state, climb. Many financial worries for students in a quandry may be solved and what's wrong with that?
What is wrong with the "use it if you got it" mantra? Seemingly the woman readers out there forgot how they got through a situation or two of lifes' rat race and maze. Without the parents ability to utilize the parental controls on their daughters, ...or sons... , laptop or tablet, what will the parents do with their purse strings once they find out their college child is moonlighting the "Entrepreneur" major?
Bertram, I love reading your articles! You are the man and Youngstown is LUCKY to have you! Thank you for another great article.
