"I love a good set of numbers — almost as much as a good beer or 9-iron shot."
Please, just because you may be surrounded by low conscious level paying and non-paying taxpayers in this great city called Youngstown, please don't stoop to blue collar antics to try and fit in.
If you love numbers then make a comparison with proformas' / business plans or different light wattage bulbs for different interstate sections.
You obviously are intelligent and even if you like beer and golf, the two just fit in together... EVER... At least the two shouldn't be mentioned in the same article together, let alone the same sentence. It's like an excruciating enema that won't stop after eating sugar free Gummi Bears.
Talk and equate teas. Talk and equate scones. Talk and equate kippers. Talk and equate the Jack the Ripper murders with the engineering ratios of a hanging rope. Talk about and equate any selection of $50 and up priced wines.
But please, my neck tied, white collared, intelligent Caucasian looking information reporting don't know each other friend: Don't mention beer and 'allusions' to golf in the same article / sentence.
Youngstown is emerging as a new entity with positive and real prospects, not only for our future as a community, but also as a foundation from which other communities may then steer their ship into new opportunities and achievements.
President Obama has not forgotten us.
President Obama has taken The City of Youngstown to his side and is encouraging, fostering, and stimulating ideas and entrepreneurship in our community, our city, unlike ANY President before him.
Think of it: A New Youngstown.
We the people of The Greatest City in The United States of America, The City of Youngstown, have the people with the intelligence and the people with the muscle to create, innovate, and birth forth a new age of industry and partnership.
The President of the United States believes so.
I believe so.
And the Honest, Hardworking, Dedicated residents of Youngstown Ohio know so.

AUDITIONS
I am the furthest thing that can be labeled a 'fan' of the Victorian Players, but "Life With Father" on The Victorian Theater stage IS a must see.
After the last performance and curtain bows, you can 'lock the doors', babe.

Three serious accidents reason for YPD patrols on Glenwood
Glenwood avenue is the straightest and safest route between Boardman and Youngstown.
I imagine Meridian Road from the truck stops / I80 exchange all the way through Tippecanoe Road wouldn't be too far behind in a county wide patrol.
Thank you YPD for these patrols. You are needed.

Want to talk to Mayor McNally? You get five minutes every month
This is excellent.
Vindy, I am sure you will keep on top of this, please.
I am interested in knowing how many folks show up and what they are talking about.
I think I sense another opportunity for an article with a large number of comments from commentators commentating on comments...
