In the 5th Ward a candidate, Salata, PUBLICLY stated that he was donating 10% of his council salary to help senior citizens and crime victims, if he wins the election.
Salata, 5th ward candidate also PUBLICLY stated he would donate $5,000.00 to fund drug tests for people on assistance, if he wins the election.
Well, maybe the victim was screaming to have it her way, but hubby was not to have another moment of holding the pickles.
Hubby did this at a Burger King. Maybe if the wife drove and they both went to an Arthur Treachers, then maybe Hubby would feel like royalty with his fish n chips.

Why not ask Anthony "DO NOTHING" Catale and the now formerly employed Wendy Webb why the youngstown schools are so bad.
OUR CHILDREN HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO GET SCHOOLED HERE AND WE SHOULDN'T HAVE TO LIVE LIKE THIS!
Mr Catale, just move out of town. You know you have talked about it, but like so many things, just haven't accomplished even moving out of town, yet.

I say vote this Salata guy in and see what he does. I wish I was in his ward. He is trying things in a different way and using his own money to boot!
What are the other options to get someone on city council that can make a difference for our city? Too bad a republican can't win.
