| published: March 23, 2019
Photos of Kyrsten Studer, who was killed by a drunken driver in 2003 when she was 16, are displayed at the annual Kyrsten's Kloset, where anyone can get a free prom or formal dress and accessories as long as they sign a promise not to drink and drive on Saturday at the former Roosevelt Elementary in Hubbard.
