PLAZA DONUTS FIRST SHOP IN NEW DOWNTOWN FOOD COURT - A new Plaza Donuts, the first shop in the food court section of the former Strouss-Kaufmann's building, opened bright and early Monday. Michael Froomkin, Plaza Donuts president, operates stores on Belmont Avenue and at the Western Reserve Transit Authority terminal downtown as well as in the renovated department store.
