William D Lewis The Vindicator Marge LoCicero celebrated her 100th birthday 1-23 at Marian Assisted Living Center in Boardman. Her birthday wish was to have a marching band play at her party. 50 members of theBoarman HS band obliged her with a concert.She is shown with cake and daighter Mary Margaret Vantell of Poland and son Joe LoCicero of Canfield.
