Around 3:30pm on Friday, April 20, 2018, the Youngstown Fire Department was called to a vacant structure fire at 463 South Forest Avenue in Youngstown. Crews let it burn and focused mostly on keeping it contained, as it caught the yard on fire. Photos by Scott Williams - The Vindicator
