Here is a photo gallery to go along with the "Years Ago" photo published in The Vindicator on Sunday April 8, 2018. April 8, 1987: Standing outside The Kennedy School for the Gifted is its class of 1987. They are, from left, Alice Chung, Josh Graycar, Mary Beth Dragelevich, and Ramu Perni. The private school was located in a stately home on Broadway Avenue across from Wick Park on Youngstown's North Side. The school, which opened in the city in 1952, was founded by former Warren teacher Isabelle Turner. It enrolled 60 students each year at all grade levels. The photos in the album are from 1964, 1968, and 1987.
