Four combat veteran of four wars were solemn as they placed wreaths at Federal Plaza markers to deceased veterans during the 45th annual Memorial Day sunrise service sponsored by American Legion Post 15. Decorated with bunting and flags, the reviewing stands at the courthouse gave principals a bird's-eye view of the passing parade. City, county and military officials and their families salute as the units pas by.
