Here are the pictures we received for this year's Mother's Day Contest, "Mom's the Word." The first picture is the winning entry, showing Karen Jarosz, 65, of Boardman and her mother, Betty Anzevino, 90. As their prize, Karen and Betty received a gift card for $100 for the two of them to enjoy a meal at Bruno’s Restaurant on Route 224 in Poland.
THE WINNER IS: Karen Jaroz, 65, of Boardman, and her mother, Betty Anzevino, 90, of Youngstown, made a trip to New York to ride Jane's Carousel, formerly the Idora Park Carousel.
