Steeple Raising - The steeple of historic St. James Episcopal Church of Boardman, from the structure since Jan. 11 when they were moved from Market Street to Boardman Township Park, were reunited this morning and the cross replaced on the steeple. Watching were, left to right, Mrs. Robert Pollock, church member and a member of the Boardman Historical Society which collaborated to have the landmark moved rather than razed, and Dr. Norman M. Parr, executive director of the Mahoning Valley Association of Churches.
