Boardman Township trustees voted Monday to declare the embattled Wagon Wheel Motel — shown here in January — a nuisance after multiple inspections found the building at 7015 Market St. unsafe. In inspecting the building with the state fire marshal code enforcement bureau, the Boardman fire department discovered structural concerns that pose risks to inhabitants and firefighters in the event of an emergency.
