Sgt. Michael Powell of the Ohio High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area program talks about one of the ordinary-looking items people have used to conceal drugs and alcohol. He gave the presentation during the 2019 Alliance for Substance Abuse Prevention Drug Summit at Kent State Trumbull Friday. The purpose of the talk was to make parents and others better aware of ways to uncover someone's drug use before it's too late.
