A man was struck in the face by an aircraft propeller in a hangar at the Youngstown Warren Regional Airport at 10:50 a.m. today and suffered a serious injury. A second man suffered an arm injury. A supervisor at Trumbull County 911 said the mishap occurred at the Pittsburgh Institute of Aeronautics.
