Fire, rescue and wrecker crews work Monday morning to clear the scene of a crash on Interstate 80 in Hubbard Township. The Ohio State Highway Patrol is not identifying the victim of the fatal crash, but says the person struck the rear of a stopped tractor trailer in the westbound lanes. The patrol says the tractor trailer driver was stopped because of an earlier crash on 80 between the Hubbard and Liberty exits.
