William D. Lewis The Vindicator Katrina Guerini of Niles and her daugher Milnna Kegley, 4, hold candles during a vigil 3-24-19 in Roosevelt Park, Campbell for a boy and her father who were killed in a car crash. Guerina said she was a close friend of the family.
