Mark Anderson of Zelienole, Pa., fills up at the Tic Toc Foods BP gas station along U.S. Route 422 in Lowellville, which charged $2.69 per gallon of regular unleaded fuel Monday afternoon. Anderson is one of several Pennsylvanians who said they skip across the state line for cheaper fuel, as Pennsylvania has the highest gas tax rate in the nation. Ohio's increased gas tax became effective Monday.
