The Boardman school board on Monday approved a realignment plan that closes Market Street Elementary at year’s end. From left are Treasurer Nicholas Ciarniello, board President Jeff Barone and Superintendent Tim Saxton. Robinwood Lane, Stadium Drive and West Boulevard buildings will become K-3 schools to accommodate incoming Market Street students. All fourth-graders will move to Center Intermediate School on Market Street, making Center a 4- to 6-grade building.
