About 30 Warren firefighters and police officers walked the sidewalk from the Warren Police Department to the meeting of Warren Board of Education on Monday night, to ask school officials to apologize to a police officer after an incident Jan. 8 at the Jefferson K-8 School. The officer, Adam Chinchic, was escorted off of school grounds after writing a parking ticket for a school principal. The principal later paid the ticket, and Superintendent Steve Chiaro apologized in an earlier news release.
