Neighbors | Submitted.Ruth traveled to Manhattan to participate in Animal Planet Puppy Bowl XV. While there, she visited Cental Park (pictured). Ruth was adopted by Canfield native Katherine Hunter, and will compete as Smudge during the Puppy Bowl on Feb. 3.
