Trumbull County Prosecutor Dennis Watkins and Miriam Fife discuss the U.S. Supreme Court ruling that puts the death penalty back on the table for Danny Lee Hill, 51, one of her son Raymond’s killers. It’s the first time in county history the U.S. Supreme Court has ruled in a county criminal case. Hill’s death-penalty case has dragged on 34 years.
