Plaintiff Holly Koscak speaks during news conference in Tamaqua, Pa., on Friday, Jan. 4, 2019, about a new lawsuit to block the Tamaqua Area School District from allowing teachers to carry guns in school. The lawsuit says that Tamaqua Area School Board members "endangered their community" when they approved a policy to arm teachers and other school employees.
