Falcon Transport Co. trucks are parked at the company’s Austintown facility along Victoria Road. The trucking company announced over the weekend it would lay off nearly 600 employees. A notice submitted Monday to Tennessee state offices states its operations in that state would close permanently. A similar notice has not been filed in Ohio.
