Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine, a Republican, on Thursday signed into law a bill that bans abortions after a detectable fetal heartbeat. There are no abortion clinics in the Mahoning Valley, and Valley women will either have to go to Akron or Pittsburgh for the procedure.
