The family of Loraine Lynn, the woman who was found dead in her mother’s pond in August 2017, is offering a $20,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of her killer. The family arranged to have six billboards in Youngstown with the reward information and the phone number of the Liberty Township Police Department’s tips line.
