Neighbors | Submitted.Junior Mitchel Dunham ran a time of 16:50 placing 42nd overall at the 2018 OHSAA State CC Championship on Nov. 10. He finished his junior campaign as the 11th All-Time Best Runner in Boardman Cross Country history from a time posted earlier in the 2018 season.
