Neighbors | Zack Shively.Poland's scouts in Pack 2 and Troop 2 saw that North Elementary's flag had been tattered and needed replaced. The group came to the school and replaced the flag as a part of their community service. Pictured, David Vuksanovich raised the flag while the others paid respect to the flag.
