Neighbors | Zack Shively.The PTO of Union Elementary organized the art project on Feb. 9 and the classroom parties on Feb. 14. They brought stickers, pompoms and other materials for the students to decorate their Valentine's Day bags. They also set up the games and treats for their Valentine's Day parties.
