Choffin Career & Technical Center engineering students Lorenzo Flowers, left, Samuel Nazarro Rivera and Rhea Dowell-Betts built a model Mars rover as part of a competition to design wheels ideal for exploring Mars’ sandy terrain. The class will head to the NASA Glenn Research Center in Cleveland as finalists in the competition in April.
