The Alliance for Congregational Transformation Influencing our Neighborhoods, the Youngstown Neighborhood Development Corp. and 50 people went to South Carolina last weekend to confront Vision Property Management, seeking too stop it from evicting occupants of its homes in Youngstown, and stop the company from purchasing or leasing any other properties in the city. Vision Property Management agreed to pay for the demolition of 4010 Lemoyne.
