Trucks and signs indicate that no one is able to enter the part of U.S. Route 422 (north State Street) in Girard near Predator Trucking after an evacuation of the area for an apparent hazardous chemical leak this morning. The road block is at the intersection of U.S. Route 422 and Tibbetts Wick Road.
